What are "Template Messages"?

The core experience of Familyfirst is personal messaging from you as the caregiver, to the loved ones of your patients. We believe that uniquely crafted and authentic communication creates the best family experience.

However, some times there are messages that are used commonly and re-typing them on a consistent basis can be tedious. This is where Template Messages come in.

How do I use Template Messages?

  • Click the "Template Messages" button near the bottom of the conversation.
  • Select a template message. The text will be entered automatically into your text-field.
  • Click "Send"

How do I add a new message as a Template?

Several template messages are available out-of-the-box, as requested by your hospital staff during the Familyfirst implementation. However, if you find yourself repeating a message, you can add your own template message.

Steps:

  • Click the "Template Messages" button near the bottom of the conversation.
  • Click "Compose New Template"
  • Type your message into the text-field
  • Click "Add"
